Tell me what you really think!

... it's the most awkward time of the year.  Self reviews are due by the end of the day tomorrow at work and I am not looking forward to filling mine out (yeah, I'm being last minute).  It's uncomfortable having to answer questions evaluating your work performance.  It is even more uncomfortable getting your self review back to see the comments from your boss.  

I mean, I don't want to sell myself short but I'm not the type to really talk myself up either.

My solution?  I'm just attaching this to my self review and stamping it complete.
